I purchased this concentrate while I was pregnant last year and rub the rollerball on my wrists, my temple, and I hold my wrists up to my nose and take a few strong breathes in to absorb the smell and relax. It is awesome to throw in my purse in my little emergency kit in case I am super stressed while I am out and about or need a "mind cleanser" while I am out.
