I used to have HORRIBLE under eye bags and purpleness. I had tried about ten different products before I found this, and let me tell you, I will never ever switch back. It de-puffs even the worst bags and makes you look like you had a full eight hours. This works hand in hand with the touche eclat highlighter/ concealer.
