I felt it was great that a more natural shampoo could offer more than just cleanse but the claim in my experience was not met. I did not find that my hair was volumized nor did I feel it removed all of the build up so I knew right from the start that we were not going to have a long term relationship. My mane felt dry, especially at the ends. It smells great.
