The funny thing is...
The funny thing about this eyeliner is that although it's water-resistant, you need a bit of water to help it go on. A little too much water and you have a slippy-slidey mess! Honestly, I don't have the patience for it. I have friends who told me nonstop about how amazing this was and how they loved it so much.
