Gillette Venus Embrace

Stubble-free!
Just in time for the warmer weather! This razor has given me the closest shave--ever. I was initially concerned that the wide size of cartridge would prevent it from getting into small places, but nope, it's good! Not only does it go places, it doesn't give me any nicks or razor burn. It glides over skin and gets rid of hair on the first swipe. (Usually my underarms require a couple back and forths, but not with this baby!) Gillette Embrace Easy on the Legs Rough on the Underarms
First let me say I love and exclusively use the Gillette Venus razors, most recently the Divine. So needless to say I was very excited to try the Venus Embrace. Men's razors, no more!
Since high school, I'd been a devout men's razor user--until NOW! Men's razors always had more blades and rendered a shave so close, no woman's razor I'd ever used, could match. Save Your Money and Your Skin
While 5 blades might seem like a great idea, Gillete hasn't perfected the Venus razor, they've just made an expensive way to flay off the top layer of your skin. I have never gotten razor burn and skin sensitivity like this before. The "moisture" strip around it added nothing, as far as I could tell. I like the Embrace better than the other Venus, although I like all Venus' better than the disposable razors of yesteryear. Smooth Sailin' With Venus Embrace
Great shave with the Venus Embrace! Doesn't leave any nicks and works very well! Cleans well too. The only negative is the head is a little large for under the arms. Lovin' this new razor.
I swear that I am getting the closest shave ever from this new Venus embrace. The five blades make this pretty spectacular and the soothing strips make it very comfortable and easy on my legs. Smoothest Shave Ever
This razor is pretty great. The head of the razor bends and flexes making shaving over your knees much easier. The gel-like handle provides a nice grip so the razor does not slip. My legs were extremely smooth after shaving. I was a little disappointed about the moisture ribbons, they do not last long. Also, these razors are not cheap but you really do get what you pay for.
