More suitable for very dry skin, in my opinion...
I prefer this one in a “gel” version… My skin is between normal and combination, so I’m never sure what to get for it… A lot of times (such as in this case) I’ll buy two products hoping that one of them will work, unless I’ve read reviews or know someone who can recommend me one or the other… So this cream ended up being much too thick and greasy for my skin. I actually think tha...read moret it would be a lot more appropriate for dry skin and not “normal to dry”. This is a very thick cream, with a silky, slightly powdery consistency… It goes on your skin very smoothly and at first it does feel very silky and light, but the problem for me was that it never really got absorbed by my skin and left it feeling and looking very greasy. Also, if you are sensitive to fragrance in your facial creams you will definitely not like this one. It has a very strong odour… To me it smells like a mixture of grass and baby powder… I also wouldn’t recommend this cream as a base for your makeup or even your primer because it’s not very absorbent and seems to somehow bypass the pores on your face, thus making them look larger under any makeup you would put on top of it… So if I were to recommend this to anyone, then it would be someone with very dry skin, looking for a night time moisturizer for their face and who would not be bothered by the fragrance in this cream… And if you have normal skin, then I would recommend that you go with the “24H Intense Hydrating Gel Cream” (the gel version of this product)… Even the gel version is quite thick in my opinion, but is a lot lighter than this cream…This review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful
