Horrible....
When I swatched this on the back of my hand it was so smooth and pigmented. Once I placed this on my lid, there was no color or pigmentation at all. It just disappeared into my eyeshadow. I've never had an eyeliner do this to me before. Super unimpressed. No wonder why these were on sale at Ulta. I got this in Cafe Mocha because I ran out of a brown eyeliner and thought this would do the trick but...read more it did not. This also has sparkles in here which I didn't know it had.
