Lovely, Long-Lasting Color
I am always searching for a long-lasting lip color. Shiseido's "Lacquer Rouge" is a delight, akin to applying a layer of fine nail enamel on your lips. It is a rich lipstick with intense pigment that will take you from your first cup of morning coffee to a pre-dinner cocktail with ease. You can control how much pigment your lips receive by how much you blend in while applying (for the "full forc...read moree" of color, use the doe-foot wand directly on your pout; otherwise, dot and blend with a clean finger or a lip brush). With continued use, lips are supposed to be moisturized and peeling and flaking reduced to a minimum. I found that to be true with this.
