Intense Hydration
I decided to try this after I tried one of the conditioners in Hayek's line and I was not disappointed. I have dry, damaged hair and I only need to use this once a week to get nice results. You definitely don't need a lot of product either; even with my long, thick, wavy hair I only need to use about a quater size. Your hair feels like nice, naturally healthy hair, not like you piled on product to get it to look nice. I will say that it's not as moisturizing as thick shea butter leave ins, so if you need a ton of moisturizing (if you have super damaged hair or very kinky curls, etc) you might want to opt for those sorts of formulas instead of this one. I air dry my hair and apply some argan hair oil and curl enhancer after I use this and even then, it doesn't feel, look, or act weighed down. I think even those with thin hair could use it without worrying that it will ruin your hair's volume. It also works fine for colored hair-- I don't notice any color stripping and at the time of writing this review, I have fire engine red hair. I apply it only to the ends and leave it off my roots. really helps my damaged hair
I tried this product on a whim. I think you can only get Nuance products at CVS. This particular hair mask really works well to hydrate the hair. I usually leave it on for 20 minutes. It works better than any other hair mask I've tried so far. The scent is good, not too much scent in it. It really helped my very damaged hair. I color my hair and its gotten pretty dry and frizzy.
