Best Waterproof Liner
Took off a star only because it was pricey, but other than that this liner is the best yet. I have the black and brownish black ones and both are super pigmented, and give me a gorgeous cat eye look that lasts all day and doesn't smudge. Makes me happy
I really like this eyeliner. It goes on smooth and stays put almost all day. It makes a bold line, which I smudge a bit for a softer daytime look. Even the smudge stays put. I've tried other eyeliners in between the many years I've been using this (different types and brands) but this one does the job the best for me. Pulls my eyelid
I really like this eyeliner and it does stay put however, I find that it pulls on my eyelid when I'm applying. I find that if I sharpen each time I use it glides on easier. While this works, I end up wasting good product. Otherwise, it's true to color and does not irritate my eyes. I don't know how it works on the water line. Effective & Affordable!
I'm not typically the type of person who buys their makeup in a grocery store, but this is the one EXCEPTION. I absolutely love the Revlon Colorstay eyeliner. I've use Black, Black/Brown, and Charcoal. For years, I used Lancome Le Stylo Waterproof eyeliner and spent upwards of $25 for each pencil. Greatest Eyeliner You Will Ever Buy!
I have been using this eyeliner ever since I started using eyeliner about three years ago. My mom has been using it for years as well and we both love it. I have never strayed from this. I have extremely oily skin and this stays on all day. It claims that it is waterproof and stays on for 16 hours and I have to say that it definitely does. I even have it on when I go in the pool and it mostly stay...read mores on the whole time. I go to school for seven hours, go straight to tennis practice or games and don't get home until 8 at night and sometimes even go out after that and I have never had a problem with it wearing off.
