So-so
This eyeliner is my best bet now a-days (since I can no longer find my favorite Cover Girl Outlast Smoothwear) but that doesn't mean it's all that great. Of the eyeliners on the market these days, it's the only one I can get to atleast sort of stay. Best eyeliner ever!

Good for eyebrows too!

Mixed Feelings About This Products...
So yes, I have very mixed feelings about this product. I wanted to get it due to the many good reviews I saw of it, though now that I have it, I feel that it could have been a dollar or two less from my feelings of its performance. Througout the day it seems to stay put on my waterline, very dark and black, though that may the only thing I like about it. How it looks! And I know that a product doe...read mores it for me by how it makes me look and if it actually cares for my skin/hair/body. I have sensitive eyes due to contact lense wear and this does not help me at all. It makes my eyes burn throughout the day and if on for extended use, makes my eyes itchy and unbearably. Stays put!
When they say color stay, they mean it! I have always had a problem with eyeliner smudging in the past...I had also had some allergies to eyeliners and mascaras. I tried ColorStay once and haven't used anything since. With a concealer or some sort applied undereyes, this line won't move. Had a coupon for a Revlon product and was out of my eyeliner so I thought I'd give Revlon's a try. WOW I'm sold! Have since puchased another. The price isn't to high. It never fails me!!!
I have been using this eyeliner for years and I will try others but always come back to this one!! It goes on smooth, and stays on alllll day!! It doesn't smear during the day or fade!
