Kind of greasy....
I usually don't like cream blushes since I have oily skin but I decided to try this out since it was half off at Ulta. This is highly pigmented. A little goes a long way. It was so pigmented that my cheeks looked really really red to the point of it looking unnatural. I got this in the color Abbey Rose and the color looks way different on Ulta website.
