Second favorite eyeliner
Revlon ColorStay was my favorite but this runs a close second! You get the same amount of product for less than half the price! It's not as smooth as ColorStay but it gets the job done. Near Perfect and under $2!
The only reason it does not get a 10 is because it tugs just a bit. I prefer a thin line to simply define my eyes and this product is just the right size - a lot of the drugstore brand eyeliners are too chubby for me to get the look I prefer.
