Love how this eyeliner doesn't budge once it's set but I find that the formula doesn't apply as smoothly as I would have hoped so it doesn't really work well on the waterline (like what the name suggests). The pigmentation isn't there to really adhere to the waterline. I also don't like how the darkest color I got wasn't as dark as I would've liked. I got this in midnight black. Another complaint ...read moreI have about this is that it doesn't really last. I had this on for an 8-hour shift at work and by the end of the day, the eyeliner was already fading. This eyeliner dries really fast so if you're trying to use the smudge tool, just do it really quick before the product dries. Love the nifty little sharpener on the end!
