What I want out of a conditioner is that it should be softening, it should make your ends silkier and smoother. Unfortunately, I don't find this conditioner to be "all that", I really thought it would be. I thought that things would be really great when I first opened the lid and squeezed some out in my palm because the consistency is really nice and thick but unfortunately, it doesn't really do a...read morenything... It's better than nothing but not by much. I've tried letting it stay in for like 10-15 minutes while shaving my legs but the effect is only slightly improved. Don't get this unless a hay-ish, non-softening result is what you want. I'll rate this 3 stars because it's not terrible (as in ruining your hair or feeling like you've just put on water) but it definitely has a long way to being okay, which I would define as 5 stars.
