When I first purchased this, the product worked really well - I would say it was more like an 8. However, after only having for a few months, the formula really thickened up to the point of not being able to use the product. It was creating these almost fabric, plastic-y strings. The last time I used it, I was getting these fine strings all over my fingers. I had to pick them off of my fingers and my nails.
