This conditioner (along with the shampoo) leaves my hair hydrated, super soft and shiny with absolutely zero frizz. I live in Florida where the humidity does ugly things to hair and Perfect Hair Day s/c completely eliminates all the weird fuzziness that usually makes my hair a puffball.
