The Best Self Tanner. Period
I gave this a try after seeing it all over the internet the last few months. I purchased their "dark" kit which includes body lotion, face lotion and a tanning mitt. The color payoff I got from this line was AMAZING! It was a natural, almost golden bronze color. That's the main thing for me and why I love Tanceuticals so much. It smells great too and didn't rub off on my sheet, those are pluses. But I keep coming back to the gorgeous color this gives me. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE :)
This is my favorite self tanner by far. I've seen sooo many girls from the Bachelor/Bachelorette using it so I decided to give it a try. After one application I was hooked. It smells really good and gives me amazing, very natural-looking color (I'm very pale btw). I also like that it doesn't fade off after just a few days, it lasts almost an entire week (I used to spray tan and those would fade pretty badly after 3-4 days). Absolutely the best!
I discovered Tanceuticals a couple of years ago and have used it religiously ever since. There's SO many things to like about this self tanner. First, it smells absolutely amazing. It's a coconut/tropical smell that reminds me of being on vacation! Whenever I put it on my bf always comments on how much he likes it :) I also like that Tanceuticals doesn't come off on my sheets. The color I get from this is a perfect shade of bronze, it works really well with my skin tone. On me, it lasts about 5 days, which I'm very happy about. I've tried other tanners that are completely gone and fading after only 2 days. This one also fades very evenly. I's not splotchy or streaky at all-- major plus! The only thing I wish was different with this is that it came in a bigger size. HONEST TRUTH ABOUT THIS PRODUCT
I heard how goo this product is so I gave it a try. I bought the dark shade for my face and body. I put on THREE coats of this product and I did NOT get even one single shade darker. I highly recommend not buying this product because NOTHING SHOWS UP. Big Fan!
I've been using Tanceuticals for about a year now and am totally in love with it! The smell, the application and of course the gorgeous glow it gives me are all perfect. I usually buy their "kit" which includes the CC body tanner, a face self tanner and a nice mitt (all for about $45). You really can't beat it for the price. The Best Self Tanner!
Like many of us here, I've been searching for a self tanner that smells good for many, many years. I'm happy to report I've finally found it! This self tanner smells great, and gives me the best "day on the beach" tan I've ever had. It's also super easy to apply (as long as you're careful around your feet and knees- I mix it with moisturizer for those areas). It spreads easily so a little bit goes a long way. Color: GORGEOUS bronze color! I used the "Dark' lotion and could not be more pleased with the color on both the body and face. No streaking, fades EVENLY in about 4 days (as in you can start to notice lightening at about day 4, but there is still color until about day 6), and a rich, bronze (not orange) color. Application: You will need to use a mitt to achieve even color. No color guard, so you...read more won't know if you missed a spot until the next morning. Smell: The smell at the beginning is great. However, it starts to stink within the hour. The coconut smell does not last. Drawbacks: 1. Residual smell: The smell will get on your clothing and it will transfer to the fabrics it comes in contact with, such as your couch, bed, blankets, etc. TIP: Put towels or a couch protector between your self and these fabrics the night that you tan. 2. Residual color: The color (although there is not a color guard) DOES transfer onto clothes/fabrics. It turned my white shirt completely tan. The color does completely wash out, but be careful with your furniture! Other tips: Take the website's advice to put a small amount of lotion into white hand lotion to apply tanner to your hands, then rub into your hands altogether. I tried just applying to the top and my knuckles and in between my fingers did not turn out. Bottom line: Seriously the best tanner out there. With a self-tanner, the process will not be flawless, but it's better than having to worry about skin cancer! Just take care of your fabrics and you will be fine. Wonderful!
The results I get from the dark self tanner have been amazing. I first tried it after a vacation and everyone was complimenting my great tan thinking I got it from the beach. I told a few of my friends and they have already placed an order! It's great too that I don't have to lay in the sun anymore (it's sooo bad for your skin). LOVE it!
After so many years of searching, I've FINALLY found a self tanner I love everything about! I used their CC lotion and it gave me beautiful color, no streaks and very natural looking. And the best part? It smells amazing (which is a HUGE plus for a self tanner, trust me!). It faded pretty evenly as well over about 5 days.
