Basic Gel Toner
While it is true that this is the mildest of the clarifying lotion stages, this is also an alcohol free formula which basically means it's safe to use on any skin type regularly and frequently. This is somewhat of a gel mixture with liquid applied to the face and it actually reminds me of just a skin refresher and a regular toner which does serves it purpose of preparing the skin for moisturizer to be absorbed and balancing out the levels in the skin after a wash. Never liked clinique but this is a WINNER.

Great for sensitive yet acne-prone skin

Good toner, good price
I am not a fan of Clinique's clarifying lotions in general but I tried this one due to the absence of alcohol and I really liked it. I have to say that even though I have acne prone skin and this is allegedly for dry skin it has never caused me any problems. Very gentle on the skin with no stinging, feels like water going on. For the Super Sensitive!
Mild Clarifying Lotion is great if you have super sensitive/redness prone skin. I like that it feels like I'm sweeping nothing across my skin and I use it when I'm having flare-ups of sensitivity and/or redness. I think it's the aloe in it that makes it so comfortable to use. Perfect for acne relief
I love this stuff! I have one bottle at work. This clear liquid does wonders on my 40ish year old acne prone I can apply it under and over my foundation. The bottle is small and easy to carry.
