No tug eyeliner....
IT Cosmetics boasts about how much of a "no-tug" gel eyeliner this is. It is for the most part because it's super creamy that it doesn't tug at all. I haven't noticed it drying out on me yet since I've only used this about ten times now. I got this in the plum color and it's a really pretty color but it hardly shows up as plum. One thing I don't like about this is that the color is not intense enough to my liking. It applies really patchy and streaky so it's hard for me to get that dark tip at the end of my winged liner.
