I have been searching high and low for a liquid eyeliner for daytime wear -- one that won’t smudge and doesn’t look too dramatic. And I think I’ve found it! The pen looks like a felt-tip marker, is thin and extremely precise. I’m even able to use it for my under eye lash line. The best part is it doesn’t creep in between the creases of my eyelids by the end of the day.
