Great Inexpensive Base
I have the green shade, 656 Madison Square Park. It is a lovely, opaque, shimmery shamrock green. It goes on creamy, and does need some layering for full opacity. I think for a sheer look it can be worn alone, but I really like layering green powder eyeshadows over it so they really pop. I have hazel eyes, so I love green shadows to make the specks of green in my eyes stand out. This product isn't...read more the easiset to blend, but can be worked with. It is a good cheap buy to layer under eyeshadow for more vibrant, longer lasting color. I do think the NYX Jumbo Eye Pencils are more opaque and have a better color choice, as there are only shimmer colors of these NYC ones as far as I can tell whereas there are matte options from NYX.
