I received a sample size of this and used it for at least 10 times. I'm in my early 30s and has some fine lines under the eyes. Application wise this is too much hassle for me. Sometimes the eye patches do not stay on fully (need a lot of product to saturate the patches to have them stay in place). It gives a cooling sensation which I enjoyed, very soothing. However I did not see any visible results when it comes to those fine lines. I love the concept, the texture, and the way this makes my under-eyes feel! The package comes with little pads that you're suppose to place on top of your under-eyes after applying the serum. After the treatment, my skin felt tingly and surprisingly firm.
