A+ for under eye makeup
Although at first off, this primer has a nice feel to it, kind of similar to petroleum jelly but not as thick and feels better on the skin. Worked well for under eye makeup, keeps concealer from settling into fine lines and wrinkles and helps it go on smoothly.
