My Favorite Eyeliner
FINALLY someone got this whole eyeliner pen thing right. The tip made winging out my liner a breeze; it's super fine and easy to use. Good for straighforward lining, not so great for creating a cat eye
This has great staying power and it's a solid liner if you want to hug your lashline. BUT when it came to creating a cat eye -- even a subtle one with with a tiny flick -- the liner was a little too thin for my liking.
