The staying power is AMAZING and I liked the concept. However, you just can't blend anything. So you have a blatant eyeshadow line -- which I suppose is nice if you want a serious dramatic effect -- but personally I don't dig that look, or this shadow much.This review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 2 people said helpful
