Save Up for an Electric Toothbrush
I guess this is a step up from a regular toothbrush, if you don't want to shell out the cash on an electric one. I think it might my teeth somewhat cleaner than a normal toothbrush, but the way it rattles feels kind of jenky. Overall, not terribly impressed.
