Simple to use lipstick + liner in one

Great color + Easy to apply
I don't really feel like my lips looked fuller, but I loved the color (fuchsia fever), the matte finish, and how easy it is to apply. I would have liked for it to have been more moisturized, but nothing a little balm couldn't fix.
