Decent Mattifying Primer

Mattifying primer
This was a nice primer too -- kept everything in place, but wasn't super mattifying. It did create a nice smooth canvas to apply foundation but as usual, the shine comes back around my nose.This review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful
