Sooo creamy. For someone seriously into the smudgey eye look, this eyeliner is a dream come true. It's creamy, glides across your lids and gives off a rich pigment. I used a makeup brush to blend this out, and it looked absolutely gorgeous. It gave me a sexy smoky eye without the eye shadow.
