Easy-to-Use and Waterproof
I thought this flexible brush was really easy to use, but I wish the formula was less sheer/more pigmented. This could have been because I tested a purple eyeliner, which appeared more translucent on my skin than I'd thought it would. Nice waterproof liquid liner
This eyeliner has a lot of pigment -- I wasn't crazy about the small applicator or the vivd blue shade (i like my classic black liquid liner) It was long lasting and pretty simple to craft my favorite cat eye as well as wash off at the end of the day.This review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful
