Plumping Without Residue
The texture of this stuff differs from traditional mousse. It's a foam that looks like what comes out of a foaming hands soap dispenser (if that makes sense). The consistency is pretty easy to distribute to wet hair, but I wondered if the recommended one to two pumps was actually enough to get the desired effects. This product provided an instant lift to hair, but it didn't give my strands a va-va-va-voom effect.
