This was so strange to me -- a lotion that you apply with a sponge. It almost felt like a toner. This had a slightly mattifying effect, but it didn't last too long. This felt like a toner more than it did a moisturizer, but it did add some hydration to my skin. I noticed the mattifying effect, but it didn't last very long.
