Creamy Formula, But Smudge Tip Doesn't Work
This is a pretty standard pencil eyeliner, but the formula is creamier than most. It goes on seamlessly and smudges easily. I don't really understand the smudge tip, which unlike most smudge tips isn't round or tapered, but is kind of flat on top. Solid Eye Pencil
So creamy! So inky! I was pleasantly surprised by this pencil -- I didn't think a wooden pencil could deliver such a creamy product. I don't use smudgers, but when I did try it just for kicks, a lot of the product came off and the effect was more faded than smudged.
