It's tough, this primer is really difficult to use but when you figure it out, it really does work to prevent oil. Pills and smudges foundation
I love Urban Decay and really wanted to love this primer too but it just did not work well with any of my foundations or BB cream. Even though I waited for it to dry, my foundation would get smeared all over the place and would pill here and there. My base makeup looked terrible and I had to wash everything off and start my skincare all over again. I got it to work once by dabbing a light BB cream...read more with a sponge and it really did keep my oil at bay. It also worked really well with my powder foundation.
