Kind of like spa water
I don’t usually use toners, but this is a nice one. It smells like spa cucumber water and makes you feel instantly refreshed. The only complaint I have is that if you get any on your lips, it does not taste very good. I use in the morning before sunscreen and then throughout the day as a pick me up.
