I disagree with the author of this particular article. I used it and I loved it. After shaving or waxing, you need something that's pH balanced and verrry gentle for that area. This goes on smoothly, is creamy and soft, non-irritating. Even if you use it for the first few days after shaving or waxing, it would ultimately last longer. I thought it was well worth the price because it was very soothi...read moreng. Is it a "MUST" have...maybe not.
