Brow crayon is great! Highlighter is useless lol
I have dark blonde hair but highlight my hair with streaks of nearly white blonde hightlighs and have a hard time finding a brow tool that will fill in my brows in a natural looking way. I came across this because I love the entire Revlon colorstay line and have already went through two of them. I have recommended them to family members and friends, because not only does it fill in your brows nice...read morely, but the wax helps to keep them in place all day. As I noted in the subject line, I feel like the highlighter side of this tool is useless. It is not easy to blend out at all! But, I didnt buy this for the highlighter so I guess I can't complain. My only other complaint would be that I tend to go through this rather quickly (I use it daily, for maybe 2 months before it runs out). Nice pencil, did not like highlighter.
I like the color (I bought the darkest, it comes in light medium and dark). I when I have tried other eyebrow pencils, they have had a reddish tint, which I did not like considering I don't have any red in my hair. The consistency of the pencil is nice. It is wax but it is not too hard or too melty. I found that I was able to fill in my brows and get the shape that I want. What I didn't like: I wish the pencil had a sharpener instead of the highlighter on the end. Because of the thickness, it took me a while to get in there between my eyebrow hairs and get the color on. I also really did not like the highlighter. It went on too thick and it also highlighted any tiny clear unplucked hairs I had. I don't want those standing out. It made me look like I had dry skin under my eyebrows. This eyebrow 'pencil' is the best I've used so far. I decided to try it because of the great ratings on here, and it has been lovely. I like that you twist the crayon out, and I haven't had problems with it breaking off. I have black hair and the darkest brown of this pencil looks good with my color.
