I received a sample of this with a Revlon Colorstay eyeliner. It provides volume and the formula is thick. I am not fond of the brush. It is the metal wand with nylon bristles type. It is too large, the bristles are too sparse and makes application difficult. I prefer the skinny, flexible silicone brushes with short tiny teeth. Those distribute mascara best.
