Her movie "Black Rock" might have stolen the show at Sundance, but we're way more obsessed with Kate Bosworth's bright pinky-red lip. It's definitely a look to steal for spring, or heck, right now. We got the scoop from her makeup artist, Kelsey Deenihan for Votre Vu, on how to get her look:
"I started off by massaging ATTENTIVE Creme de Jour for Sensitive Skin, $39, all over the face and neck. This cream is great because it calms the skin and replenishes moisture -- especially in these [cold] weather conditions.
"To finish prepping I dabbed a drop of light-coverage foundation into the skin and massaged starting at the center of the face and moving outward.
Kate has amazing skin so she really doesn't need a heavy foundation. To set the foundation I dusted on powder.
"For the premiere I wanted Kate's makeup to be fresh and natural but with a bold classic red lip. The perfect base for the lipstick is the Votre Vu Champagne Kisses Lip Treatment, $29. I didn't line Kate's lips so the Champagne Kisses pulled double duty by moisturizing and preventing the lipstick from bleeding out."
Finish with a bright pink-red lipstick like MAC Lipstick in Party Parrot, $14.50.
Tell us, will you try Kate's look?

I love this look! This is pretty much exactly how I plan to try bright or neon lips! Definitely have to keep it simple every where else!
