"You need so much concentration," says Bailey. "There was a time when all Katy [Perry] wanted was a cat eye, and I was so rushed but had to do them perfectly -- I needed to come up with something else." Now, he uses CoverGirl Liquiline Blast Eyeliner, $6.15, an extra-creamy pencil that lets him draw a perfect cat eye quickly. The cat-eye look is one that takes practice, practice, practice. Love the look but still can't do it quite right.

I love this look its not too much or too little color. It's perfect but does require a lot of time for me to try getting it right.

I like the tips on doing a great "cat eye." I'm going to experiment with demi false eyelashes before I use long ones.

Really great tips, some of which I would not have been able to figure out on my own. I'm going to skip the false eyelashes, though.

The cat eye is one of my favorite looks. I like how versatile it can be when using neutral/nude shadows of when combining deeper shadows. Love it.
