Sea Salt Spray
The How-To: Begin by misting a sea salt spray sparingly all over damp hair. Russo's favorite is Bumble and Bumble Surf Spray, $27. Next, take two-inch sections of hair and, with a t-shirt, scrunch each section from the ends to the scalp. Russo uses a t-shirt rather than his hands to help avoid frizz and friction. Let hair air dry, or for more volume, use a finger-like diffuser on the end of your blow dryer. Enjoy your Ariel-like hair.
