Shine On Another day, another rainbow hair color spotted on Katy Perry. This lavender hue looked amazing with her ultra-sparkly Zuhair Murad dress (fresh from the Paris runway) and mega-long lashes (courtesy of Covergirl Full Lash Bloom Mascara).

Her makeup artist Jake Bailey created the warm nude lip color by topping Covergirl Colorlicious Lipstick in Sultry Sienna with a touch of Covergirl Colorlicious Lip Gloss in Melted Toffee.
