Raccoon Eyes Done Right Surprisingly, these "up to the brow" smokey eyes (created by Charlotte Tilbury for MAC's purple and slate gray) don't make this model look like she hasn't slept in a week (though she probably hasn't). Maybe this trend can work our dark under eye circles to our advantage.
