Here's How Beauty Experts Are Combating MaskneThese are the zit-zapping products the experts are using to keep their skin clear. |
"Maskne has been mostly around the nose and mouth and sometimes on the lower cheeks and jaw as well. Not only is the heat (from breath) an issue, but the mask can rub up against skin and the friction can irritate those areas, especially if the mask you are wearing is a disposable one that is tight-fitting," says Director of Esthetics for Monastery Marija Gelo.
"Mornings are always busy with kids in the house so I keep it simple. I massage Monastery Rose Cleansing Oil onto my skin before I jump in the shower. I leave it on while I wash my hair, then I rinse it off after I rinse my hair."
