Cargo Essential Lip Color in Punta Cana, $22 As soon as September comes around, I break out my collection of lipsticks. They seem too high-maintenance in August, but they make so much sense in the fall.. But I'm still not ready to wear dark colors, yet. So when I came across this new lipstick from Cargo in Punta Cana -- a bright fuchsia -- I was sold. It's seriously moisturizing like a balm (its made with olive oil, jojoba, and shea butter) but the color lasts like a lipstick.
