Just place the suctioning device over your mouth and suck in short puffs of air until your lips are sufficiently swollen. Apparently, it comes with a warning not to suck too hard or you'll end up with a big hickey around your mouth. While we didn't see any results, one editor's dry winter lips were split open from the suction.
