Kendall Jenner Although she's walked runway after runway during fashion weeks in New York and Paris and appeared on TV for years, the 21-year-old model/reality TV star wasn't always as confident as she comes across. According to People StyleWatch, Jenner penned a blog post on her website detailing her childhood acne woes. "I had such bad acne when I was younger; I remember it SO well!" she wrote, noting that she first started breaking out when she was in eighth or ninth grade.

"Where it really impacted me was how self-conscious I became about it," wrote Jenner on her website. "It completely ruined my self-esteem. I wouldn't even look at people when I talked to them. I felt like such an outcast; when I spoke, it was with my hand covering my face. Sure, I had crushes in high school, but I wouldn't even think about looking at guys."

Jenner is able to laugh about herself, though. Case in point: She once wrote on Twitter: "I'd appreciate if y'all called my pimple by his first name ... Walter. #WalterThePimp
