Perhaps it's because she reached icon status with her Blair Waldorf chestnut locks, but seeing Leighton's new blonder-than-blond 'do has us majorly shook. The hair transformation came as part of a partnership with Nexxus New York Salon and celebrity hair colorist Aura Friedman, and it looks good. Also, is it just us or does she look like a dead ringer for Gwen Stefani now?
