Celebrity makeup artist (and founder of Fiona Stiles Beauty) Fiona Stiles uses this water-resistant leg makeup to add a nice bronze color to the legs, without staining the gorgeous designer gowns clients like Kate Hudson and Heidi Klum are wearing.
